Hi there! My name is Adeet Patel, and I’m currently a software engineer at General Atomics i3.
I graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in data science, and from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
I greatly enjoy learning investments, mathematics, and computer programming. I chose to pursue data science because it’s an interdisciplinary field that lets me build my skills in all three of these areas.
I’m also enrolled in Chinmaya Mission, a worldwide non-profit organization that teaches the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta (non-duality / oneness) to people of all ages. As a Chinmaya Mission student, I am currently studying the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, with commentary by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda.
In my free time, I love listening to trance music, watching Bollywood (Hindi) movies, and travelling.
